PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to create a dynamic web page according to a situation or a request even by a web designer having no skill or environment for developing a program. SOLUTION: A server having a dynamic web page creation function is provided with: a means for receiving a description language file in which a specific keyword for converting a web page component is buried from a first apparatus and storing the received file in a storage means; a means for detecting the specific keyword included in the stored description language file by syntax analysis when a web page browsing request is received from a second apparatus; a means for converting the detected specific keyword into a character string according to a predetermined rule; and a means for generating a description language file including the converted character string in order to return it to the second apparatus.
