PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depositing management system for easily managing proceeds with accuracy, improving efficiency of an accounting task, and managing customer information. SOLUTION: A depositing device 302 includes: a reading part 303 for reading identification information 313 recorded in a recording medium 301; a user information storage part 304 for storing user information 316 corresponding to the identification information 313; a display part 305 for displaying an option screen or a confirmation screen based on the user information 316; an operation part 306 for accepting the selecting operation or the confirming operation according to the option screen or the confirmation screen displayed on the display part 305; a depositing part 307 for receiving currency by accepting depositing based on the operation of the operation part 306; an amount collation part 308 for counting the currency received by the depositing part 307, and for collating the amount counted with the amount corresponding to the selecting operation or the confirming operation accepted by the operation part; and an output part 309 for outputting confirmation information 318 based on the collation result 317 of the amount collation part 308.
