PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing apparatus with required acceleration in a shorter time in mixing a micro amount of fluids. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a first drive means (71) to give a rotational motion to a turntable (101), where an analyzing device is set, and a second drive means (72) to be selectively engaged with the first drive means (71) to give a reciprocating motion to the analyzing device, and a third drive means (73) to cause a relative move to a position not engaged with a position where the first drive means (71) is engaged with the second drive means (72).
