PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe curtain which can control the rotational range and rotational direction of a joint panel for restraining a pipe, by a small simple constitution with an inconspicuous appearance, and which enables a quiet and smooth opening/closing operation by preventing the generation of fluttering and noises during opening/closing. SOLUTION: This pipe curtain is equipped with a reversal prevention member 50 which limits the rotational range of the two joint panels 20 and 20 relatively rotating on the same pipe 10 as the axis; the reversal prevention member 50 has a pair of main annular bodies 50A and 50B; each of the annular bodies 50A and 50B has a portion 51 for being fixed to a bearing portion 21, and a hole 52 for inserting the pipe 10; a protrusion 53 is formed in the one annular body 50A; an arcuate recessed groove 54 is formed in the other annular body 50B; the annular bodies 50A and 50B are fixed to the bearing portions 21 and 21 of the two joint panels 20 and 20, respectively; and the protrusion 53 and the recessed groove 54 are loosely fitted to each other, so that the relative rotation range of the two joint panels 20 and 20 can be limited within the range of the recessed groove 54.
