PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser capable of detecting the start and the end of the dispensing even when the beverage dispenser does not automatically dispense beverage from a dispensing cock such as a dispensing control device. SOLUTION: Two electrode wires 46, 47 separate from each other are exposed in a liquid dispensing passage 44a of a liquid dispensing nozzle 44 of a dispensing cock 40. When the electric resistance between the two electrode wires 46, 47 to be input in a dispensing detection circuit 50 is equal to or less than a predetermined value, the dispensing detection circuit 50 detects the start of dispensing beverage, outputs it to a pressure control circuit 51. When the electric resistance to be input in the dispensing detection circuit 50 is higher than the predetermined value, the dispensing detection circuit 50 detects the end of the dispensing of the beverage, and outputs it to the pressure control circuit 51. The pressure control circuit 51 controls the opening/closing operation of a pressure-regulating valve 21 according to the measured temperature of the beverage at the start and the end of dispensing of the beverage.
