PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cooling a filler of a bag body which is capable of continuously cooling a fluid filler or the like while agitating/mixing the fluid without applying an excessive load to a packaged bag body filled with the filler of the bag body. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for cooling the filler of the bag body is constituted to have a rotational container 14 in which a packaged bag body 12 is stored, a container conveying part 15 for conveying a container bearing part 15a in which a container rotational shaft 14a of the rotational container 14 is attached/detached or fixed, in a cooling tank 11, and a container rotation driving part 16 meshing with a sprocket 14b provided coaxially to the container rotational shaft 14a and rotating the rotational container 14.
