PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder movable for adjustment to conveniently and easily hold a tool. SOLUTION: This tool holder comprises a base bracket and a plurality of clamps. The base bracket comprises a base board portion and a rail bracket portion. The rail bracket portion is formed on the front surface of the base board portion, and has a rail. The rail comprises two grooves each extending in the longitudinal direction and a plurality of return stoppers each formed on the front surface of the rail. The clamps are slidably attached in pairs to the rail. Each clamp comprises two hooks and an arm. Each hook is slidably attached to the groove of the rail. The arm projects from the hook, and comprises a jaw-like recess, a mounting hole, and a boss. The mounting hole corresponds to one of the return stoppers of the rail.
