PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed metal plate the surface of which is hardly scratched, is hardly conspicuous even when it is scratched, dirt on which is easily removed, which has high durability to wear and on which fine embosses having design property are provided. SOLUTION: This plate is an embossed metal plate (60) having rugged embosses (61) which are worked by a rolling method or a press working. The embosses are provided as a two-dimensional repeating pattern. The height (H) of the protruding part of the emboss is 0.05-1.0 mm. The peak portion (63) of the protruding part has a spherical shape the radius of curvature of which is≤10 mm. The plain portion (64) below a mountain of the protruding part has a curved shape the radius of curvature of which is≥1 mm.
