The moving image noise reduction processing device comprises a space noise reduction section (106) for performing space noise reduction processing for the image signals, a past buffer (109) for storing an image signal in which the space noise processing has been, at least, performed, and a time noise reduction section (107) for performing time noise reduction processing on the basis of the image signal targeted for the processing in which the space noise reduction processing has been performed by the space noise reduction section (106) and an older image signal than the image signal targeted for the processing which is stored in the past buffer (109).
