<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming laver rolled sushi, enabling forming a laver rolled sushi having various degrees of thickness without exchange of forming members. <P>SOLUTION: The device for forming laver rolled sushi is the one to be used for forming a square laver rolled sushi, and includes a first forming part of forming the upper surface part of the laver rolled sushi, a second forming part of forming the lower surface part of the laver rolled sushi, a third forming part of forming one side surface part of the laver rolled sushi, and a fourth forming part of forming the other side surface part of the laver rolled sushi: wherein at least the first and/or third forming part(s) includes a single forming member 110 having the functions of the parts, and the forming member 110 is provided with a bendable part which enables the width of each of the first and/or third forming parts to be varied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
