PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology by which content distributed using broadcast waves is easily purchased.

SOLUTION: A data processor includes: a reproduction processing means for reproducing the content distributed on the broadcast waves; a display means for displaying an image in which the content under reproduction processing by the reproduction processing means can be identified; a request acceptance means for accepting the purchase desire of the content corresponding to the image displayed by the display means; and a code generation means for generating a predetermined code which can be read by a portable terminal on the basis of unique identification information included in the content the purchase desire of which is accepted by the request acceptance means.
