<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting substrate manufacturing system enabling a data carrier mounted on a substrate to wirelessly store information about the substrate without reducing an area required for mounting components. <P>SOLUTION: The data carrier 12 having no antenna is mounted on the substrate 11.
