<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a speed reduction reverser for a vessel, reduced in cost by skipping the step of complicated electronic control and by adopting a mechanical type change-over valve which requires no electronic control instead of direct coupling electromagnetic valve. <P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device has: a pressure reducing valve 22 which is supplied to a forward and reverse clutch 2a, 2f by adjusting the pressure of a hydraulic oil supplied from a working oil supply pump 1; a proportional electromagnetic valve 21 for controlling the supply of the hydraulic oil to a pilot chamber of the pressure reducing valve 22; and a spring-type switching valve 23 for switching to a circuit for supplying the hydraulic oil to a control piston chamber for controlling a set spring force of the pressure reducing valve 22, or to a circuit for draining the hydraulic oil from the control piston chamber. A pressure outputted from the proportional electromagnetic valve 21 acts on the switching valve 23 as a pilot pressure, and wherein the switches valve switches to the circuit for supplying the hydraulic oil to the control piston chamber via the spring of the switching valve 23 when the pilot pressure falls below a predetermined value, thereby fully opening the pressure reducing valve 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
