PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a shape of an insulating packing changes, a sealing force is reduced as a result, and liquid leakage resistant performance and preservation characteristics are reduced in a coin type electrochemical element since this is exposed to a high temperature atmosphere while a surface mounting by reflow is mainly adopted. SOLUTION: By controlling orientation of an inorganic fiber contained in the insulating packing, shape stability of the insulating packing in the high temperature atmosphere is improved. By this, it is prevented that a gap is formed in the high temperature atmosphere, and improvement of the liquid leakage resistant performance and improvement of preservation characteristics are achieved.
