LOCKING STRUCTURE OF LOCKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a better-looking locking structure by utilizing skin material of a vehicular seat.

SOLUTION: A hole part 20 provided for the vehicular seat 2 is covered with a skin material tongue 10 formed of a part of the skin material S of the vehicular seat 2 to be able to open/close. A flat plate like resin plate 40 having flexibility is inwardly folded to be able to spread. One piece 40B of the resin plate is arranged around a locked member 30 to be placed at the back of the hole part 20. The other piece 40F of the resin plate is inwardly folded to one piece 40B of the resin plate to make the skin material tongue 10 fixed to the front side of the other piece 40F of the resin plate in a closed status. A locking part 44 provided on the back side of the other piece 40F of the resin plate is locked to the locked member 30. The skin material tongue 10 is made to be in an opening status by spreading the other resin plate piece 40F from one resin plate piece 40B to expose the locked member 30.
