<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor in which a conductive polymer formed on a dielectric substance oxide film is advantageously adhered to the dielectric substance oxide film and the impedance in a high-frequency region is satisfactory low, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The production method includes: forming a conductive polymer layer 3 through chemical oxidative polymerization on a dielectric substance oxide film layer 2 obtained by subjecting the surface of a valve action metal 1 to an anodic oxidation; and blending 0.1 wt.% to 30 wt.% of an organic oligomer having an average polymerization degree of 2 to 100 in the conductive polymer layer 3 as an additive in the solid electrolytic capacitor produced as a solid electrolyte layer, wherein as the additive, polyester and polyether are particularly suitable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
