PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellicle mirror which prevents curl of a substrate and is simply manufactured, and to provide an imaging apparatus using the pellicle mirror. SOLUTION: The pellicle mirror which is disposed on the optical system of the imaging apparatus and divides transmission light of a photographing lens by reflection and transmission includes: a transparent plastic film 11; and monolayer films 12 which are disposed on both surfaces of the plastic film 11 respectively and are made of a material of a refractive index higher than that of the plastic film 11, wherein reflectance of the transmission light is controlled in accordance with a refractive index difference between the plastic film 11 and the monolayer film 12.
