PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip device capable of effectively preventing the direct transmission of the vibration generated by an internal combustion engine or a working part to a hand of an operator through an operation rod and a holding part, not requiring large changing in a construction relating to a lever from the existing construction, and reducing the number of parts to suppress the cost. SOLUTION: The grip device includes: a vibration insulating part holding member 60 having a clamping part 62 clamping the operation rod 7, and oppositely placed at the front end side of a grip body 25; and a ringlike or cylindrical back-side elastic vibration insulation part 90 inserted between the rear end 31 of the grip body 25 and the operation rod 7, and supporting the grip body 25 afloat from the operation rod 7. The vibration insulating part holding member 60 is supported at a part below the operation rod 7, with a lever case 40 in a cantilever form through a cylindrical front-side elastic vibration insulation part 80, and an O-ring 85 placed between the lever case 40 and the operation rod 7 is brought into contact exclusively with the right and left outer faces of the operation rod 7.
