A seawater supplying apparatus comprising a cooling tower for a multistage flash desalination plant is provided to reduce the amount of seawater required in a fresh water evaporator by resupplying the cooled seawater to a seawater inflow pipe after cooling seawater discharged from a seawater discharge pipe using the cooling tower. A multistage flash desalination plant comprises an evaporator(110), a seawater inflow pipe(189), and a seawater discharge pipe(187). The evaporator is divided into a heat rejection section(110a) and a heat recovery section(110b). The seawater inflow pipe supplies brine which is the seawater to the heat recovery section. The seawater inflow pipe has a feed pump(189a) formed in the middle thereof. The seawater discharge pipe discharges the brine used in the heat recovery section. A brine recovering and supplying apparatus for the multistage flash desalination plant includes a cooling unit(1) comprising a seawater supply part(3). The seawater supply part cools the brine discharged from the seawater discharge pipe to resupply the cooled brine to the seawater inflow pipe and receive the brine that is seawater. The cooling unit further comprises a cooling tower(2), a spray pipe(21), a lower collecting part(22).
