In a heat exchanger of an upward combustion type condensing boiler composed of an upward combustion burner(120) installed on the upper part of a blower(110) to form flames upward, a sensible heat exchanging portion(130) absorbing the sensible heat of combustion generated in the burner, and a latent heat exchanging portion(150) absorbing the latent heat of vapor contained in exhaust gas heat-exchanged in the sensible heat exchanging portion, the latent heat exchanging portion is installed to make the flow direction of exhaust gas passing through the latent heat exchanging portion coincide with the drop direction of condensed water generated in the latent heat exchanging portion in the perpendicular downward direction, and a condensed water receiver(160) is installed to drain off the condensed water generated in the latent heat exchanging portion.
