A touch starting control method of a vehicle is provided to apply on a general vehicle and prevent the vehicle from being stolen and facilitate the starting of the vehicle. A touch starting control method of a vehicle comprises: a first step(S102) for generating one or more touch signals through a touch switch and receiving a plurality of car condition signals including a first signal showing the power source and engine starting state of the vehicle, a second signal showing the gear state of the vehicle, a third signal showing the break state of the vehicle, and a fourth signal showing driver's seat door open-and-close state; a second step(S104) for selecting one or more starting control conditions matched with a plurality of car condition signals by comparing a plurality of car condition signals with a plurality of set up starting control conditions; and a third step(S106) for performing the starting control corresponding to one or more selected starting control conditions. Vibration signals are generated to vibrate the touch switch for constant time in case the touch signal is generated between the first step and the second step.
