POLYMER BEADS HAVING CORE-SHELL STRUCTURE AND PREPARATION METHOD OF POLYMER BEADS BY CORE-SHELL METHOD

Polymer beads of a core-shell structure and a preparation method of polymer beads by core-shell method are provided to ensure excellent refractive index, thermal stability and solvent resistance. Polymer beads of a core-shell structure comprise a core layer containing polystyrene beads and a polyalkylsilsesquioxane shell layer. The particle size of the polymer beads is 1~20mum and the coefficient of variation(C.V.) is less than 20%. The polystyrene core bead layer has degree of crosslinking of 1~98% and particle size of 1~20mum. The polyalkylsilsesquioxane shell layer contains polyalkylsilsesquioxane with particle size 1~5mum.
