<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable lighting device with a detachable light source. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device includes a support having a pair of rails made of a metal member for applying voltage, and a lighting fixture body having a light-emitting element chip, a substrate preparing the light-emitting element chip on an upper surface side, at least one magnet arranged at a lower surface side of the substrate, and a pair of terminals arranged at a lower surface side of the substrate and electrically connected with the light-emitting element chip.
