<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sludge incineration equipment and a sludge incineration method using it capable of substantially reducing an amount of N<SB>2</SB>O generated during sludge incineration while maintaining an amount used of auxiliary fuel at the same level as that of a conventional incineration method. <P>SOLUTION: Air for fluidizing with an air ratio of smaller than 1.0 is supplied together with fuel, sludge is put in a circulation fluidized bed furnace 1 wherein bed material is circulated and fluidized and it is pyrolyzed at a temperature zone of 550-750°C, and the bed material is separated by a bed material separating means 2 and sent to the circulation fluidized bed furnace. Pyrolyzing gas having passed through the bed material separating means 2 is guided to a posterior combustion furnace 5 of a subsequent stage, and by supplying only secondary combustion air with an air ratio of 0.1-0.4 in a local high temperature place forming zone 6 in an inlet side, a local high temperature place is formed to pyrolyze N<SB>2</SB>O. Air is blown into a complete combustion zone 7 of an outlet side to carry out complete combustion of unburned combustibles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
