PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a document image of superposing a dot pattern and a pattern image without deteriorating an image quality of an image. SOLUTION: An image extracting part extracts images 21 and 22 from an image 2a of image data stored in an image memory. A document image forming part performs processing for superposing the dot pattern and the pattern image on an image 2b of extracting the image. Thereafter, an image 2d is formed by rewriting the images 21 and 22 with respect to the image with its dot pattern superimposed thereon. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
