PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with camera in which a main body case can be reduced in thickness and size. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a mobile phone 40 with a camera housing in a main body case 41 an imaging apparatus 1 to which a refraction optical system is applied, wherein the main body case 41 includes a chamfered portion 41d formed in its outer peripheral part, and the imaging apparatus 1 includes a prism 8 including a reflection plane 8a for refracting an optical path of incident light and a housing 4 which houses the prism 8 therein and includes a notched portion 4d formed along the reflection plane 8a. The imaging apparatus 1 is configured to effectively utilize a space caused by a shape of the prism 8 in the refraction optical system by disposing the notched portion 4d within the main body case 41 so as to correspond to the chamfered portion 41d, thereby reducing the main body case 41 in thickness and size.
