PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image switching device capable of reentering an output video signal of one block into the other block without causing disturbance in an image on target recognition, wherein one image processing portion (M/E bank) is used by being divided into a main circuit block and a sub circuit block at the image switching device. SOLUTION: When an output video signal of one block out of a main circuit block 6 and a sub circuit block 7 in the same M/E bank is reentered into the other block, the video signal to be reentered is delayed by a multiple of one horizontal interval, in relation to other input video signals of the other block.
