PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage/current converting circuit having high output precision to an input voltage, and to provide a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The voltage/current converting circuit converts an input voltage inputted to an input terminal 1 to current for output. The voltage/current converting circuit has: a first current generation circuit 11 that includes an NMOS 4 having a gate connected to the input terminal 1 and generates an output current corresponding to a current flowing in the NMOS 4; and a second current generation circuit that includes an NMOS 8 having a gate having potential different from those of a source and a drain, generates a superimposed current according to a current flowing in the NMOS 8 and supplies it to the NMOS 4.
