PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting device which separately transmits a command and display data corresponding to the execution result of processing requested from a client device, to the client device. SOLUTION: An application 101 executes the processing requested from the client device 2 and generates data to be displayed composed of display data and a command. A separation processing part 12 separates the display data and the command in the data to be displayed. A command transmission part 13 transmits a command to the client device 2. The data transmission part 14 transmits the difference between the display data and display data of the former time to the client device 2 by UDP when the variation of the image is equal to or more than the threshold of variation, and by TCP when the variation of the image less than the threshold of variation.
