PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a side ditch cover which can be easily attached to and detached from a side ditch without using a fastening tool or the like even when the cover is for an end part. SOLUTION: A receiving frame 20 having a slit 22 and cutouts 24A to 24D is fixed to an upper end face 12 of the side ditch 10. The covers 30A to 30C are engaged with and fixed to a receiving frame upper face 20D when engaging members 38 on a rear face of an edge part 36 are inserted into the cutouts 24A to 24C and are then slid along the slit 22. The cover 50 for the end part has a recess part 58 formed to have the depth which does not penetrate an edge part 56 and a slit 60 formed in a manner of penetrating a bottom face of the recess part 58. The cover 50 is fitted to a predetermined position of the receiving frame 20, an engaging member 74 of an engaging device 70 is inserted into the cutout 24D through the slit 60, and the cover 50 is fixed to the receiving frame 20 by sliding the engaging device 70 inside the recess part 58.
