PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel, easily provided with a small vent hole while securing the rigidity. SOLUTION: This door panel includes: an outer plate 21 having an opening 26; an inner plate 23, which is press-molded to be rugged to the outer plate and has an opening 30 whose recessed part is fixed to the inside surface of the outer plate; and a perforated rugged plate 31 fitted to the inner plate 23 from the back. The perforated rugged plate 31 is a punching plate in which a number of small rounded, or mesh-like, that is, honeycomb-like vent holes are previously perforated, which has recessed parts 32a and projecting parts 32b repeatedly formed in an area corresponding to the opening 30 of the inner plate 23.
