PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dyeing pretreatment agent composition which is applied before the hair dyeing treatment with an oxidizing hair dye to enhance the subsequent hair dyeing effect in order to improve a feeling of stickiness and ununiformity of hair dyeing found after use of the conventional oxidizing hair dye to enhance the hair dyeing effect. SOLUTION: The hair dyeing pretreatment agent composition includes an emulsified product of a liquid higher alcohol. The liquid higher alcohol is jojoba alcohol and the emulsified product is obtained by emulsification with a jojoba fatty acid salt. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
