PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular hook fitting structure capable of reducing the deflection when a hook member is pulled by a hook such as a securing wire. SOLUTION: Openings 8h, 35, 34 through which a shaft part 41 of a hook member 40 is passed are formed in a bumper 8 and a crash box 30 in a hook fitting structure of a vehicle. The shaft part 41 of the hook member 40 is passed through the openings 35, 34 of the crash box 30 from the opening 8h of the bumper 8, and a fore end of the shaft part 41 penetrating the crash box 30 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and projected from the crash box 30 is connected to a side member 20. The opening 35 of the crash box 30 is formed circular, and a circumferential edge of the opening 35 supports the shaft part 41 of the hook member 40 from the outer side in the radial direction.
