PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing method of ray leather capable of obtaining a product excellent as a sewing object without causing abnormality by not turning stitches to a straight line when sewing even the ray leather for which hard grains like small beads of 1 to 2 mm are irregularly arrayed at a surface part by a sewing machine similarly to cowhide, a sewing device and the sewn object. SOLUTION: The sewing method for sewing at least one ray leather and the other object to be sewn includes a step of forming a continuous groove on the surface of the ray leather, and a step of performing sewing along the continuous groove.
