PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean curd cooking assisting plate which does not injure a hand at the time of cutting when soybean curd is cooked, can easily be carried, raises no danger for burn, and enables a piece of soybean curd to calmly be sunk in a pan without being broken. SOLUTION: The main body (1) on which a piece of soybean curd is placed is not deformed, does not dissolve and does not deteriorate when being dipped in boiling water, and is formed by the integral molding of a material having a high elasticity and restoring property. On each edge of the main body (1), a slip-off stopper (2), a handle (3) and a soybean curd insertion port (4) are installed for this soybean curd cooking assisting plate.
