PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that various nozzles and various bases are connected when the various nozzles are connected to the bases of various conduits of an endoscope. SOLUTION: The endoscope washing/disinfecting device 2 is used for automatically washing and disinfecting the endoscope 20. A control part 102 disposed inside the device 2 drives an automatic attaching/detaching part 105 to automatically connect a first fluid supply unit 50 to a conduit attaching part 23, and after that, based on the result of detection of an attaching/detaching detection part 101, detects the connection state of a water leak detecting nozzle 51 and a plurality of supply nozzles 51-53 to a water leak detecting conduit base 74 and a plurality of conduit bases 71-53, and determines the connection state of the first fluid supply unit 50 and the conduit attaching part 23.
