A fence having a planting roll is disclosed, which comprises a plurality of support members which are vertically installed along an installation position; and a planting roll of which both ends are inserted into the support members, with a fiber material being filled into the interior of the planting roll, with an outer layer being provided in an outer side of the same and surrounding the fiber material.
