GUIDE TUBE HAVING BALLOONS FOR PUNCTURE

It is intended to provide a guide tube having balloons for puncture which comprises a main body tube (1) having a balloon on the surface in the tip side, wherein the balloon on the surface of the tip side as described above is provided as an outer balloon (2), a needle through hole, through which a puncture needle (22) passes, is formed in the wall of the main body tube (1) located inside the outer balloon (2), this hole is air-tightly blocked with an inflatable sheet material, and this sheet material is provided as an inner balloon (9). When the outer balloon (2) is inflated, the inner balloon (9) is inflated and projects from the needle through hole toward the inside of the main lumen (5) due to the inner pressure of the outer balloon (2), which makes it possible to pierce the tip of the puncture needle (22) into the projected area. Thus, a deeper puncture can be ensured and a transdermal approach route into the body can be safely and surely formed.
