摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device cell, which is a combination of an electric double layer capacitor and a lithium ion battery, and in which charge-discharge reaction in the positive terminal of the electric double layer capacitor is simplified while the negative terminal of the electric double layer capacitor is stabilized so as to have electrical characteristics that are less likely to deteriorate even when charge and discharge are repeated within a short time period. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage device cell includes: a capacitor positive terminal that has a capacitor positive terminal electrode layer including activated carbon particles on one surface of a capacitor positive terminal collector foil; a first separator; a common negative terminal that has a negative terminal electrode layer on one surface of a negative terminal collector foil having through-holes; a second separator; and a battery positive terminal that has a battery positive terminal electrode layer including lithium-containing metal compound particles on one surface of a battery positive terminal collector foil. The first separator is sandwiched between the capacitor positive terminal electrode layer and the negative terminal electrode layer, and the second separator is sandwiched between the negative terminal collector foil and the battery positive terminal electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
