摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a charging system which can give the incentive of external charge to an electric vehicle user. <P>SOLUTION: An accumulator 216 of the electric vehicle 200 is so constituted as to enable external charge by accumulating equipment 300. A managing server 410 selects advertisement information, based on information stored inside the electric vehicle 200 to be charged and/or information on charging equipment 300 which performs external charge, and transmits the selected advertisement information to the electric vehicle 200 which is equipped with a mechanism capable of regenerating advertisement information from an advertisement provider 420, at the time of external charge by the charging equipment 300. Then, the managing server 410 makes a charge such that it discounts the amount that the user of the electric vehicle bears by making the side of an advatisement provider 420 bear at least a part of charge power rate in exchange for transmission of advertisement information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
