<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when a condition(time zone, an amount of money to be transacted) for enabling an automatic teller machine for financial transaction is set for use in advance, it is bothersome for a user to visit a teller counter in order to change the condition for financial transaction when the transaction situation of the user is changed, in a financial transaction system including the automatic teller machine for financial transaction and a host computer for processing the financial transaction. <P>SOLUTION: The financial transaction system includes the automatic teller machine for performing the financial transaction and the host computer for processing the financial transaction.
