<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system tool performing more effective personnel management by collecting information related to education effect, health information, and activity information of an employee through communication between the employee and a manager on a network. <P>SOLUTION: In this personnel management system, the employee performs information input from an information input screen classified by purposes, and displayed with game feeling, an activity situation, a health situation, and an education guidance result situation or the like of the employee are extracted based on various kinds of input information of the employee collected via the network 11, an extracted output result is performed with editing processing to accessible graphical management information based on a master and a table selected from a database 30, and a terminal device 40 for the manager is made to record and display the management information performed with the editing processing.
