PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus in which an internal photographing unit is hardly destroyed even when the impact of falling is received, and to provide a portable device including the photographing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the photographing apparatus, a photographing unit 200 includes a holding module 202 for holding a lens 100a and a sensor substrate including an image sensor and a driving mechanism for driving the holding module so as to correct the blur of an image represented by an image signal generated by capturing subject light using the image sensor, the photographing unit 200 is integrally supported by a supporting member 205, and the photographing unit 200 is attached to a case by inserting spring members SP1, SP2 between the supporting member and the case.
