PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean at least the interior of a pot 5 and a resin passage 10 (cull 8, runner 11, gate 12) by pressurizing a cleaning material 15 charged in the pot 5 at a predetermined pressure. SOLUTION: First, a predetermined amount of an unvulcanized rubbery cleaning material 15 is formed into a predetermined number of pieces and a predetermined amount of the rubbery cleaning material 15 is supplied in the pot 5; a metal mold 1 (2, 3) is clamped; and thus the predetermined amount of the rubbery cleaning material 15 in the pot 5 is heated and pressurized at a predetermined pressure by a plunger 6. Further, during the pressurizing process by the plunger 6, the cleaning material 16 is pressurized when the flow tip 16a of the cleaning material 16 heated and vulcanized in the pot 5 is stopped at least in the resin passage 10 (gate 12) and when at least the interior of the resin passage 10 (gate 12) is clogged.
