PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a better service for a user. SOLUTION: A device for adaptive service proposition includes a semantic analyzing section which analyzes a user query semantically, a service selecting section which selects a service corresponding to the analyzed query and updates a service associated database based on the service, and a service proposing section which searches the service associated database based on the service and proposes an associated service to the user. The present invention also relates to a system and method for adaptive service proposition as well as a device and method for service proposition based on a user's favorites. According to the present invention, since data within the service associated database can be automatically obtained and adjusted based on a user's service selection history, it is possible to provide the user with the associated service.
