PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an e-mail address memorized in the transmission history to be easily memorized in the reception permission list, and/or to enable the e-mail address to be easily deleted from the reception rejection list. SOLUTION: An e-mail transmission and reception part transmits e-mail (step S107), enables the destination e-mail addresses of the e-mail to be memorized in the e-mail transmission history (step S108), and sets up the reception permission list and the reception rejection list so that the transmission and reception part receives e-mail whose transmission sources are the above destination e-mail addresses (step S109).
