PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the band of a network is insufficient due to the centralization of operation requests from an operator in an information processor and an information processing system in which a plurality of operators cooperatively perform operations on a virtual shared space. SOLUTION: An operation request to any object other than a significant object is restricted (S406) when the band of a network exceeds a threshold (S403), or according to a prescribed time schedule.
