PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the daylight contrast of a display panel by intercepting electromagnetic waves and effectively intercepting external light incident onto the panel. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic shielding sheet 110 includes a base sheet 120, a first layer 130 including first and second pattern parts formed across each other on a first surface of the base sheet 120, and a second layer 140 including a third pattern part formed on a second surface of the base sheet. The first and second pattern parts include a conductive material, the third pattern part includes a light absorbing material, and at least either of the first and second pattern parts is grounded.
