PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method which causes neither wear of a photoreceptor surface nor break of a cleaning blade and causes no resolution deterioration. SOLUTION: The image forming method employs an organic photoreceptor including metal oxide particles having a number average primary particle diameter of 0.01-1.00μm and protrusions having an aspect ratio of 0.01-0.3, and a toner including a fatty acid metal salt.
