摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composite material for sensors, the elastomer composite material having low concentration of stress on an interface between a conductive filler and a base material, and to provide a deformation sensor having high durability. SOLUTION: The elastomer composite material for sensors having elastomer foam and a conductive filler blended in the elastomer foam, is capable of elastic deformation, and changes in electrical resistance due to deformation. The blending of the conductive filler in the elastomer foam in a substantially single-particle state and at a high filling rate causes an increase in electrical resistance according to an increase in amount of elastic deformation. A deformation sensor includes: a sensor body composed of such an elastomer composite material for sensors; an electrode, connected to the sensor body, which is able to output the electrical resistance; and a restraining member for restraining elastic deformation of at least part of the sensor body.
